Satellite Phones

I just discovered satellite phones. Well, of course I've heard of them before but never really given them a thought until now. Maybe I'll check in to getting one. Not much choice in the way of handsets but that's o.k. These things use satellites to transmit phone signal not cell towers which means coverage is worldwide. No matter where you are anyplace on earth, you'll be able to get a signal as long as you have line of sight to the overhead orbiting satellite.
